Student Accommodation York is a local family run student lettings business, specialising in providing accommodation for those studying in York, UK. We are happy to accommodate those studying at York St John University, York University, Hull & York Medical School (HYMS), Askham Bryan College (ABC), York College and also for Kings Manor.

We have been established for over 37 years and manage and let student accommodation in York. We are active members of the RLA (Residential Landlords Association), NLA (National Landlord Association) and we are approved landlords via the City of York Councils’ Voluntary Landlord Accreditation Scheme.

There are over 60 properties for the letting year 2019/2020 to choose from, and we can cater for large groups of up to 24 people in Badger Hill in Heslington or even for those looking for a 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom flat. So whatever your requirements are, please contact us and we can show you our range of properties which suit your requirements. Our accommodation varies from individual rooms in a shared student homes in York, or a 1/ 2/3 bedroom apartments up to a large 8-9 bedroom student house. Our properties are located in popular student areas of Heslington, Heslington Road, Hull Road, Lawrence Street (just across from the Boulevard), the Grange (near York St. John University), the Groves, Bishopthorpe Road, Haxby Road, near York District Hospital and Acomb.

Our properties are furnished, modern and are most importantly safe and secure. Also, we are constantly updating our properties to keep them in great condition.

We are members of the Yorkshire Coast Landlords group and members of the NLA and RLA. We are very proud that in 2015 we were nominated in the very first Good Landlord Awards and came second. We has also been nominated in 2016 and 2017! In the most recent Good Landlord Awards (2017, next will be 2019 for the period of 2018) we were either commended or highly commended in the following categories, Landlord of the year (1-5 Bedrooms), Landlord of the year (6+ Bedrooms), Outstanding Service Award and Most Responsive Landlord/Managing Agent.
