All properties comply with York’s Codes of best practice and also comply with:

• Current Fire regulations
• Electrical safety (tested every 5 years as recommended)
• Gas safety (tested annually)
• Portable appliance testing (tested annually)

We are members of the RLA (Residential Landlords Association), NLA (National Landlords Association), Yorkshire Coast Landlords Association and we are members of City of York Councils’ Voluntary Landlord Accreditation Scheme. From when the York City Council Landlord Accreditation Scheme was started, we have been nominated each year in the annual Good Landlord Awards. In the most recent Good Landlord Awards (2017, next will be 2019 for the period of 2018) we were either commended or highly commended in the following categories, Landlord of the year (1-5 Bedrooms), Landlord of the year (6+ Bedrooms), Outstanding Service Award and Most Responsive Landlord/Managing Agent. Also as private landlords we are on-hand to sort out any repairs that you may need during your time with us.
